As a means of expression, photography allows me to communicate complex narratives through a single image and, when curated into a portfolio, take on the capacity to shape powerful, interconnected stories incomparable to any other art form. Through my experiences in Texas and Norway, I’ve observed how photography bridges cultural divides, conveying emotions and ideas that words often fail to capture. As an artist, my creative process prioritizes intention over technique; I believe the meaning behind an image is what makes it impactful. I view art as a tool for delivering purpose—it has the potential to inspire, advocate for change, and challenge societal norms. I also relate to Picasso’s notion that "art is the lie that enables us to realize the truth." My photography aims to capture authentic moments that reflect deeper truths about society, nature, or the human experience. Using an unconventional approach, I seek to reveal meaning from a contemporary angle, inviting viewers to move beyond traditional perspectives.

An honors photography student and National Geographic Explorer, my passion for capturing compelling visuals has earned recognition in high school competitions and professional art exhibits, including the prestigious YoungArts award with distinction.
